Now in our tenth year of incorporation, Simon has steadily grown the business following the recession which hit back in 2007. In 2010 Simon took it upon himself to receive training to understand how to run and grow a successful business.
Year on year further growth has lead to further development with training, computer systems, financing, management accounts and everything associated with a competent company.
Doing the job right, working well with our clients and maintaining a happy workforce, this is a major key to our growth and success so far.
We believe in working with our clients and not against them, we're all here to do a job and problems inevitably occur. We aim to help solve these problems and not create them which is how we build sound relationships both at site and at management level.

We understand that our clients satisfaction and that helping take the stress out of their job is the key to an excellent and long term partnership.
We continually invest in training, systems and procedures to ensure we deliver the best product cost effectively.
Growth is important, but not at the expense of client satisfaction, workmanship or company moral.
Our aim is to make ourselves invaluable to your Company, we want to be your first choice electrical contractor.
Back in 2006 Simon incorporated Phaseline Electrical Ltd completing mainly domestic work including rewires and new builds. It wasn't till late 2009, mid way through the recession that he decided he wanted to change the small business into a Company that dealt solely with commercial projects for larger commercial clients.
Phaseline Electrical Ltd Est.
Business development
By early 2010, Phaseline had started to become a small Company and keen on understanding how a company should operate and run, Simon employed a business coach.
Understanding cashflow, forcasting, budgets, targets and contracts this helped him develop the company more, invest in more training for his team and push into a larger market.
A little over twelve months had passed, the sizes of projects had grown and Simon needed experienced help with the projects that now needed estimating. By recommendation he was introduced to Andy Goddard of the former Williams Electrical Ltd, one of the largest electrical contractors in Sheffield.
At the same time Phaseline moved to a larger premises near Attercliffe bought by Simon and his business partner in another venture. This now secured a permanent office which would allow for further expansion when required but also allowed Simon the extra room to meet clients and conduct office based training for the team.
Year on year turnover increases and infrastructure, training and systems with it. Clients and projects are getting bigger but we're still looking after the smaller companies that helped get us here with the same level of service.
So far so good! Three months in and we're already exceeding our targets. Three new clients picked up in the last twelve months and already fantastic working relationships being formed.
Once again, and for the final time, we're on the move. Moorwood House has been a good home for the last three years but now we need a property which suites the new needs of Phaseline both now and for the future. Universal House is our new home which while only a few miles away from Moorwood House offers better parking and more office space allowing us to operate and grow how we want to.
Our Mission
long term relationships with like minded companies and be their 'go to' contractor providing the end client with un-measurable service and quality thus helping to secure the future of Phaseline and our client.
