Our software allows you to communicate with all parties in a secure and fully audited way to try to avoid those misunderstandings that can so easily happen. In addition, throughout the tenancy the management app will be reminding you of all key events from when the rent is due to when your gas safety expires. The tenant will also receive reminders on dates that affect them, for example when the rent is due.
