Her current role is to seek, expand and diversify the areas of training that GFTS are able to offer. Through top level strategic planning new business and training opportunities that will be opened up to both local and national companies by ensuring their staff are highly skilled and fully qualified to externally accredited levels whilst keeping within industry standards.
Zoe Co-ordinates all the day to day requirements for our assessment team, ensuring that all aspects of the delivery process runs smoothly, while simultaneously providing a valuable customer service element to the business, for learners and employees alike.
Jack provides support for all GFTS staff, including the director, and plays an integral role as a point of contact between our assessment team and the internal office staff. Jack and Zoe are instrumental in the smooth running of operations at GFTS
