In 2001 she set up Profex Consulting to provide bespoke development programmes enabling professional services firms to get a better return on their investment. She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has spoken at national training and development conferences.
Sally is a member of a team (set up by Cass Business School and the CII) researching leadership and innovation in the financial services sector.
