High House Production Park employed Proficient Security to manage their 14 acre open site at the beginning of January 2012. The service provided includes a concierge service from 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday, security guarding over night and at weekends and a canine unit between 23.00 and 08.00 each day.
The service provided by Proficient has been of a high standard, this includes regular hourly patrols of the site by the guards, this has reduced the level of security problems the Production Park has experienced in the past. Management support has been pro-active with regular review meetings taking place and speedy positive responses to any specific issues I may raise.
