Middlefield Properties Ltd was established in the late 1990's and from that time has built up a great portfolio of houses and flats to rent covering many towns within the Birmingham area. Here is a brief list of towns from which we have purchased properties from…..

Harborne, Quinton, Oldbury, Edgbaston, West Brom, Selly Oak, Kings Norton, Moseley & Erdington. We pride ourself on achieving the highest of standards for our rented properties and this is why we take the time to plan out all our refurbishments on properties we buy to let.

Middlefield Properties Ltd is a family run business that have been buying houses and flats in and around the Midlands area for many years. We pride ourselves on the good reputation we have developed from the years of buying properties. There is no project too small or too big for us so if you are looking to sell your property then please get in contact with us to discuss a potential sale.

The 2 directors of Middlefield Properties Ltd are Steven Bratt and Steven Shilton and they are always looking to take the company forward. They have recently been focusing on buying purpose built blocks of flats. In the last 12 months (2015/16) we have purchased 3 new blocks of flats adding another 24 properties to our ever growing portfolio. Aswell as buying new stock we are always improving our current stock by refurbing our properties. 

We are happy to announce that we work closely with our building contractors Bratt Building, Plumbing and Roofing Ltd who look after all the maintenance requirements. The Bratt team have been refurbing our properties for years and will continue to do so. We would recommend them to anyone so please check them out – 

We also work closely with our managing agents Trueman Estate Agents based in Harborne, Birmingham. We have been working with John Trueman and his team at Truemans for many years now and can't speak highly enough of the service they provide. If anyone has  property that they need managing then we would really recommend Truemans.
