Siobhan is extremely passionate about people. Her motivation is all about making your organisation a happier and better place through positive culture change. She loves to remove barriers, break down silos and rid day-to-day frustrations from the workplace.
Peter has a strong public sector background. He was the Assistant Chief Executive of Merseyside Probation Trust and the Director of Transformation for the Merseyside Community Rehabilitation Company before moving to TQMI.
John is the Chairman and one of the original founders of TQMI. With over 30 years of experience John has worked across many industry sectors from the public sector to the private sector.
With over 30 years of brand experience both on the client and agency side, what gets him up every morning is a passion for helping clients grow through building genuinely differentiated brands that deliver an experience that’s irresistible
Emma had a very successful marketing career spanning many different industries. This enables her to truly understand, and help overcome, the challenges you face in developing a winning employee experience.
Angela is TQMI’s office and accounts administrator. With her super human attention to detail, diligence and multi-tasking capabilities Angela provides TQMI with a support function that runs smoothly.
Being in business for 30 years and being the best at what we do means we’ve been able to work with so many amazing organisations. We’ve helped organisations go through major culture change programmes right down to small projects.
