The Online Baby Centre was set up in 2011. We wanted to provide our customers with a one stop shop for all their nursery needs and provide excellent customer service combined with great prices.
As parents of young children ourselves we know what is good and not so good, therefore we are selective of what products go on our website and spend a lot of time researching new products and ideas.
In 2012 we expanded into our current premises in Helston, Cornwall. At this point we also opened Helston Baby Centre, our fully fitted and stocked showroom. Our showroom provides free customer parking and we offer a free car seat fitting service. All our staff are fully trained to fit all the brands of car seat we stock and can offer advice in a non-pressurised environment.
As we continue to expand we are continuously adding new products and brands to our portfolio.
If you want any help or advice with any of our products our friendly staff are more than happy to advise. We don't emply call handlers so you will be put straight through to someone who can give full advice without putting pressure on you to buy.
