Michael is a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) and his professional experience covers all aspects of building surveying commissions. These include design of new build, conversion and refurbishment schemes; building and condition surveys; planning applications; HHSRS and decent homes reports; social and special needs housing commissions and landlord and tenant duties.
Day to day Michael works as a conversion and remodeling specialist for a variety of housing, education, ecclesiastical and commercial clients and specialises in making scheme work - no matter what obstacles are in his way
Mark is a successful Health and Safety practitioner and Senior Management professional, commercially astute with considerable managerial expertise and has a proven record of developing and improving the health and safety performance of a business, by implementing high standards in close collaboration with employees at all levels.
Michael is an integral part of the UDC team and ensures that high standards that we strive for in the office are continued onto site throughout the project lifespan.
Hayley’s role at UDC is to manage the office and staff and to assist the professional team in their day to day duties.
Pam is an experienced Personal Assistant and Accounts Manager who has worked in both the public and private sectors. Pam happily keeps UDC’s books up to date and oversees the smooth operation of the office. In addition Pam manages our in-house quality management systems, office procedure manuals and our Construction Line membership.
