Our engineers are proud of their work, they understand the importance of a fully operational system so will always ensure the work is carried out to the highest standard possible, and that only high quality equipment and components are used. We don’t believe in offering commission to our technical staff, they will only report a fault with a system if one exists, meaning you will never be charged for any parts or equipment you don’t actually require to keep your system operational and compliant.
In 2016, Meritas restructured the business with a new management team and moved to new facilities. We continue to offer professional customer service to help resolve any fire and security issues you may have. The majority of our work continues to come from existing customers and referrals.
