"My process of getting in to my new home was rather tumultuous through no fault of my own or Rent North East's with a good ending which can certainly laid firmly at their feet. Rent North East (RNE) were very efficient with organising a viewing and getting paperwork dealt with. Unfortunately I moved into a property which while rented via RNE, they did not manage its maintenance. This meant that when issues started to crop up they could not help me directly. However, even though RNE were not obliged to help me with these issues Jack in particular was an absolutely superb help. Going above and beyond what was required of him, talking with the landlord and organising things to happen to settle all issues that I had. I would heartily recommend renting through Rent North East. Though make sure that you rent a property also maintained by them because if they are only a tenth as competant and compassionate as was displayed in my case when they needn't be, you will never have any issues. If I have the opportunity to rent from RNE again I certainly would not shy away from it. And definitely advocate using them."
