I'm Laurie and I would love to help you to stop mindless, emotional and binge eating, for life. 

I was at my heaviest and most miserable and to top it off an old knee injury was making even walking excruciatingly painful so I didn’t have the option to earn or burn calories with exercise anymore.

I decided to somehow learn let go of my weight-loss goals and look instead for something to help me deal with the physical pain and emotional distress I was going through at the time. I didn't want to go to the Doctor for more tablets, I wanted to help myself. 

When I started Qigong I was in a constant state of anxiety - sometimes finding it hard to breathe, but during classes I learned how to relax, and this helped me deal with the stress I was going through at home.

 need to find a way to become reconnected to your Instinctual Health Drive, and trust that it will guide you to provide your body with enough high nutritional value food to fuel your body, so that you glow from the inside out, and have energy to live your life without having to restrict, or feel guilty about eating ever again.
