What is a Human Landscape?

The Persolog Personality Factor Model is a world class research based psychological self assessment instrument for individuals engaged in self improvement, leadership and human resource development and personnel selection. Often imitated but never matched in performance, the core model has helped over 40 million people across the globe to develop efficient, effective and enjoyable human interactions. The Persolog Personality Factor Model describes human behaviour in concrete situations with the aim of better understanding one's own needs and those of others. Anyone who works with the Persolog Personality Factor Profile uses the model which is based on the behavioral dimensions D, I, S and C. The Team Management Wheel lies at the heart of the Margerison-McCann approach to maximising personal potential, building balanced, high performing teams and creating energy and resilience for success. It focuses on individual development as a critical first step to effective team development. And it places both in the context of concrete business objectives. Twenty-five years of validated, ongoing research have created an integrated suite of Profiling tools known as Margerison-McCann Team Management Systems. These Profiles have been used successfully for personal and team development in a wide range of different scenarios all around the world. All the TMS Profiles share a researched model of effective teamworking, displayed in simple but powerful visual models. They use a straightforward common language that accelerates mutual understanding and communication.

The SDI is NOT just another "personality test." The SDI is inventory of the unique way we value different strengths and interpret the actions of others. It is a snapshot of who we are — going beyond behaviour to reveal our driving motivation. The SDI promotes interpersonal insights that are crucial to improving any situation where people interact.

The MBTI questionnaire provides a highly insightful framework for individual and group development, provoking self-awareness by looking at how a person perceives the world and how they prefer to interact with others. The MBTI instrument sorts individuals into psychological 'types' so that they can identify how they are similar to some people and different to others, and how they can improve their working and personal relationships in a positive and constructive way. MBTI is based on Carl Jung's theory of psychological type, and was developed by mother and daughter team Isabel Briggs Myers and Katharine Cook Briggs over 50 years ago. Their life’s work was to continually enhance the content and applicability of the indicator, and their writings on type and self-development remain utterly resonant today, both in professional and personal life.

The Emotional Quotient Inventory is the first scientifically validated and most widely used Emotional Intelligence assessment in the world. Based on more than 20 years of research worldwide, the EQ-i examines an individual’s social and emotional strengths and weaknesses. Respondents self-report on their life and workplace performance in 15 key areas of emotional skill that have been proven to contribute to proficiency in complex business activities such as conflict resolution and planning. By identifying the areas that need improvement, the client can immediately begin developing those areas. At the same time, areas where the client excels can be leveraged to their full potential to maximize effectiveness in daily tasks.
