Poses can be modified to suit you so that everybody can practice Yoga. My job is to facilitate this so you can be on your way with your Yoga journey!
If you are new to Yoga it is recommended that you look for pregnancy specific classes. If you have practised yoga before and are past the 15 week stage, then come along to a class, just let me know before so I can help you with modifications.
