During the mortgage process, we are also able to assist and advise on insurances to protect the property and individuals, through a range of well-known insurance companies.
An average fee of £200 is payable on completion of the mortgage. We do not charge any fees until your mortgage offer is agreed. We may also be paid commission from the lender.
