Freedom Eyecare Nottingham Ltd was formed on 2nd October, 2015 by Ann Hamilton and Stephanie Lipsey-Liu who are Optometrists with a wealth of experience in high street, independent, hospital and domiciliary practice.
Having worked extensively in a variety of practice formats, we wanted to create a local company providing services to local residents who are unable to visit a high street practice. By focusing our services in the local area, we can build lasting relationships with our patients, their care providers and relatives, and be their first port of call for all their eye care needs. You can be reassured that you will be tested by us the Directors (we do not employ locums).
As well as home and care home testing, we also offer our extensive services to employers looking to maintain productivity by having us visit their premises to perform eye tests without an increase in cost, meeting their employer obligations.
We are a registered Company in England and Wales, Company Registration Number 9805029.
We are a VAT registered business, VAT number: GB 224006361.
Why not give us a call? We provide an eye test in the comfort of your own home and deliver and fit your glasses. Based in Nottingham, we travel throughout Nottinghamshire. We are an NHS eye care provider so if you are entitled to an NHS eye test then the eye test is free.
