Starting out in Dartmouth in 2011, Beth Scorer (Stroma Accredited Energy Assessor) set out to develop an efficient and friendly service, providing EPCs to homeowners wishing to sell their homes. Since then, the Company has grown from strength to strength, offering a full range of services to those selling or renting their homes. Our latest addition is the provision of Legionella Risk Assessments, which is now a requirement for Landlords. In 2015, our EPC and Legionella Risk Assessment services became TrustMark Registered, which is a Government Endorsed Quality Scheme.

With the aim of making the process as easy as possible for the property owner, we now offer a full online booking and payment system, and have a team of friendly, reliable and experienced Assessors throughout the South of England.
