Cath and I are the perfect match. Whenever I say “I’ve had an idea; let’s do this”; Cath is the one who makes it happen. Her diligence, fastidious attention to detail and determination to succeed is world class. Passionate about supporting local businesses and motivating them to “shout a little louder”, I have seen clients’ social media presence go from zero to galactic with Cath’s drive and commitment. Plus we’re both mums so we totally understand that the balance of parenthood and that the “gig on the side” called your job, really isn’t for sissies.
We have created effloresce together because having accumulated a wealth of experience in all aspects of business, we wanted to support SMEs’ and start ups.
Since then I have worked as a Brand Manager for a National late night operator, a Marketing Manager at T-Mobile International (where my languages certainly came in handy) and have held various local part-time Marketing Manager roles whilst bringing up my young family. More recently I have been freelancing for local businesses and families offering marketing (B2B and B2C), business and lifestyle support which works well around the nursery and school drop-off’s!
Over the years I have developed my marketing communication skills across a wide spectrum of activities and have vast experience in online marketing, email marketing, social media management, local promotion and copywriting (which is a particular love of mine!). I am passionate about supporting local businesses; helping them grow their brand presence and “shout a little louder”. Perhaps it’s with a series of engaging blog posts, or a schedule of social media presence. Maybe they need a brand refresh, a new website, or a series of email marketing campaigns. With meticulous attention to detail, I “get stuff done” and off their “to-do” list.
