We have therefore been successful in winning contracts to help SME’s simplify and enhance their operations through developing their manufacturing, distribution, sales, general and administration systems, including where appropriate, the consideration of implementing an ERP (enterprise resource planning) or MRP (manufacturing resource planning) software based system. We can now offer installation of such systems as an extension to our services range however in many cases productivity and business simplification can be increased without the need for software investment. We look at retaining but improving offline manual processes too if there is a value.
