My main role within the office is to liaise and co-ordinate viewings, making sure that our clients are kept fully up to date with all feedback and the best possible advice to gain them a buyer on their home.
My main duties are as the Director of our busy lettings department and I am involved in the day to day running of this business. I am still involved on the sales side and love bringing my many years of experience to helping our clients in both of these department.

Since joining PCM my role is to assist with valuations and to help to advise our clients of progress on the marketing of their properties helping to maximise their chances of gaining a sale through ourselves.
I have recently joined the incredibly experienced team at PCM estate agents as a senior sales negotiator in our highly successful and busy town centre sales office. I worked for another estate agent within Hastings and St Leonards and managed to achieve an excellent grounding in the business but when Shane and Blake offered me the opportunity to join them and the team at Hastings number one Estate Agents, this was something I could not turn down.
Having been a conveyancer for one of the largest firms in the town for many years I am able to bring a different level of advice to our clients which I believe is over and above all other estate agencies in the town.
Having worked in conjunction with Shane and Blake during this time period as a conveyancer I was delighted to accept a position in the firm nearly 3 years ago working in this exciting and challenging role. .
I have been with the firm now for over 4 years and have progressed to become our main lettings advisor, working alongside both Michael and Shelley to provide the highest levels of advice and service to all of our tenants and landlords alike.
