Rokwell was launched in 2012 on the back of 25 years’ experience within the construction industry. We are Matt and Dave, two friends who found ourselves working together in the property development business on a daily basis, with a mutual respect for each other’s skills and approach to projects and service.

Over time it seemed natural that we should create a more formal business partnership. Rokwell takes a highly professional but friendly and relaxed approach to business, building great relationships with our clients and creating a happy, productive working environment for our team.

Matthew’s career in property development spans 29 years. His extensive experience and skills are key to Rokwell’s success, allowing him to deal proficiently with all elements of your project including Architects, Engineers, Health & Safety Co-ordinators, Contractors, Developers and Finance.

Until forming Rokwell in 2012, he provided building services to a prestigious Country Estate, working with the challenges that are inherent in the renovation and refurbishment of heritage properties such as barns, cottages, farmhouses, almshouses, old school houses and other historic properties of interest.
