Rolaar Limited was established in 1990 by Mick Young. Mick was a former Rotax/Lucas employee who worked as a service engineer, going on to the oil rigs and repairing all types of valves. Mick founded Rolaar after early retirement from Lucas and started overhauling the Avon series purge valves. Rolaar evolved to become one of only six repair stations at that time and soon began sourcing and suppling components.        Now dedicated solely to the maintenance of Avon, RB211 and Olympus Gas Turbine Engines, the main focus of Rolaar is to provide first class Turbine services for Rolls Royce industrial gas turbine engine end users. With industry knowledge and contacts build over 25 years in business we are able to meet customer requirements for the oil, gas and aerospace industry both on and off shore. We can take care of your overhaul needs, providing repair or modification of electrical, mechanical and pneumatic components and accessories. All work is undertaken in accordance with the O.E.M manual, repair schemes and modification requirements. We are able to service and test many engine components from all the separate stages. The Company philosophy is that wherever possible worn components should be repaired. This reduces the cost whilst maintaining quality and reliability.

NEWS FLASH "Avon engines may contain Asbestos". Rolaar has the capability to replace the old 24 inch Insulation Casings where asbestos has been found between the inner and outer lining skins.
