At Stronghold Property I source and appraise development opportunities, work to secure these with the vendor and raise finance with private investors, equity funds and crowd platforms. I also have responsibility for procurement and project management.
I have extensive experience and a life-long background in construction, interiors and property since 1994 working with commercial and residential refurbishments as well as new build developments. I have been successfully running a building interior fit out business for over 11 years – working on over 120 projects. I help add significant value to property for our clients, investors and JV partners who receive fantastic returns on investment.
At Stronghold Property my roles include progressing appraisals, development management, construction operations, dealing with contractors & project delivery. I also co-manage the sales, marketing and promotion of the concept & finished product.
