We are clear on this aspect of providing support services. STRONGMAN will not provide any staff that have not passed all the checks required to join our team. This includes the eligibility to work in the UK alongside previous work references. We will ensure that each individual has the correct rights and skills to carry out each task that our clients are paying for.
We look at every project on an individual basis and consider which of our people are right for your task. For example, someone who is particularly experienced in furniture fitting may not be comfortable carrying out site labouring tasks. So we really do think about each project from our clients perspective. Is that person right for that job? We also have our own tools, equipment and PPE so there is no need to provide this.
