Dochertys is situated in the Grainger Market in Newcastle. We stock tools, fixings and DIY accessories from major brands such as Stanley while also stocking a wide selection of household products such as kitchenwares and cleaning products, plus much, much more.

Founded in 1927, we still hold many of its traditional values however now stock some of the best brands in the modern market such as Dickies, Crown, Dulux, Everbuild, Makita and Stanley. Partnered with this we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and product knowledge to guarantee high quality and product to match.

Originally named W.M. Docherty and established in 1906, Dochertys as it exists today still carries with it the traditions and values as it did back then, although, the products have moved with the times, selling some of the best and widest range of tools in Newcastle town centre, Dochertys continues to be a staple store for both retail and even trade customers.

Selling a wide range of products from homewares and DIY to safety and work wear. Stocking major brands such as Dickies, Stanley, Irwin and Draper to name a few while having highly trained, knowledgeable staff is a key charcacter of the company.
