Louise Rogers began her journey into accounting while training at Scrutton Bland, before moving on to the corporate team at Grant Thornton to further her experience in auditing. In 1998 she moved to Ensors and soon progressed to become a manager in their corporate services team.
Sixteen years later, and after gaining invaluable experience and developing her skills through a wide range of work, Louise Rogers Limited was created.
Allowing Louise to continue to develop her career in accounting, building Louise Rogers Limited has also given her first-hand experience of the new and exciting challenges that come with running a business.
Louise’s experience and easy business style have seen her retain a wide range of clients – from private clients through sole traders and small to medium sized businesses right through to corporations and charities.
Sharing her knowledge and experience with clients and spending more quality time with them to ensure they get the advice they need, Louise offers a truly personal service to the entrepreneurs and business owners with whom she works. By developing a rapport with every client Louise will understand your business and fine tune her services to suit your needs.
Daniel has spent the last year branching out to service clients under his own name before joining Louise Rogers Accountancy in the capacity of Director. Prior to this Daniel has worked as financial controller for a large US owned manufacturing company with turnover of £110m and group turnover of $3.4bn as well as a leading (private equity owned) provider of health and social care with Daniel responsible for the financial control and reporting of a division with turnover in excess of £200m as part of a group with turnover > £500m.
Daniel is unique in his personable, client focussed style, ensuring that clients receive excellent service across a broad range of services. With Daniel’s natural ability to help his clients solve problems of both a commercial and compliance nature, Daniel is an excellent addition to the team and will enable further value adding services to be provided to both existing and new clients.
Mark has joined Louise Rogers Limited as the Business Manager.
He spent over 33 years in the banking industry, primarily in the City of London, of which the last 18 have been in business development and in senior sales management positions.
In recent years, he has overseen organisational and structural changes in the businesses he worked in and against a background of regulatory and cultural reform.
He recently helped set up and develop a treasury function for a new bank, developing management reporting, cash flow forecasting, money market and bond trading and implementing new systems.
He is the treasurer and shoot captain of a shooting club in Suffolk and a business management consultant.
Trying to cure herself from baby brain Liz started out at Ufford Park as a purchase ledger/payroll clerk, this and further finance roles, including setting up new systems for some of them, began the journey into accountancy for business.
Fourteen years on having further developed her accounting skills in various aspects of business, also taking time out to gain a TEFL certificate (Teaching English as a foreign language) and working with many different businesses teaching in Barcelona (9mths) and then Germany (2 years) and currently working as a Financial Controller in London’s west end, Louise offered her the opportunity to join her.
