Louise is a highly capable and engaging learning and development practitioner and facilitator with over 28 years’ experience working in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Throughout her career as an officer in the Royal Air Force and, since 2009, as the Director of Louise Carver Consulting, she has helped individuals and organisations to define success and achieve it through doing more of what works well!
Louise is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is recognised as an approved training provider by the ILM. She is accredited by the Belbin Institute as a team roles facilitator and is qualified to administer the Strength Deployment Inventory® and Relationship Awareness® Theory which she uses to enhance individual and team development. She is also a qualified Workplace Mediator.

Clients include Public Health England (formerly the Health Protection Agency), Health Protection Scotland, NHS England, NHS Scotland and Welsh Health Boards. She is also a Visiting Lecturer at Loughborough University on the unique Diploma in Health Emergency Planning (Dip HEP) programme.
