Diversa Consulting’s MD, Jenni has spent almost 30 years working in the Criminal Justice System, with over 20 years’ experience in leadership and management. She has a regulatory background - the first Director of Policy and Research for the Independent Police Complaints Commission and setting up a similar framework in Turkey. In addition to consultancy work, Jenni holds several Non-Executive Director appointments. Jenni revels in helping organisations respond to customers' needs and enhancing workplace motivation. She specialises in business change and relationship management, internal and external partnerships and stakeholder engagement. Both her public and private sector experience includes leading significant business change programmes.
Craig is Diversa Consulting’s policing and security advisor with over 30 years of leadership experience in law enforcement, intelligence and crime investigation. He is an organised, confident and highly professional senior executive with an outstanding track record in leading major business change programmes. He has helped create effective, efficient and high performance organisations and led a number of nationally significant high-profile investigations.
We also work with range of specialists including Robert Marcus, who is a partner of Jurit LLP Solicitors. Robert is a highly experienced, pragmatic solutions-focused lawyer with extensive experience in advising clients on how to avoid, mitigate and resolve complex commercial disputes. He is a well-respected technology lawyer and for 21 years was a senior in-house counsel for IBM. Robert started his legal career in the City with Macfarlanes and subsequently Clyde & Co, where he managed extensive multi-jurisdictional litigation and arbitration processes, dealing mostly with international trade. He left IBM and founded Jurit as a values-based firm in 2014. He has facilitated client-needed access to a team of excellent senior commercial lawyers with both in-house and private practice perspectives and a focus on supporting businesses in an innovative, client-focused manner.
