Broomhill Property Shop have been friendly and efficient throughout our time with them. The office staff deal with queries and issues effectively, and are always more than happy to help and be flexible. The maintenance team are also generally quick to deal with problems in the house. Additionally, it is a reassuring to know that maintenance are on standby outside of office hours, in case any emergencies arise. I would happily recommend Broomhill Property Shop to any students looking to live in the area.
Broomhill property have been extremely reliable landlords during the two years we have been there tenants. It was rare for anything to go wrong when but when it did they were very prompt at sorting the problem out. We particularly appreciated the bathroom upgrade and a new boiler. The staff are always friendly and happy to help. Jessica and Brendan have always been extremely happy to help with anything we needed- even just helping eat slices of cake! We would highly recommend them to prospective tenants.

BPS are really well-connected in Sheffield. It made selling our properties easy – only a couple of days after we told them we were putting some up for sale, they had used their landlord network to find us a buyer, and at the asking price. Can’t ask for more than that! Increased rents, properties properly looked after, and freedom from night-time phone calls about repairs. We’ve never looked back since using BPS to manage our properties.
