After nearly 22 years of working as an employee in the construction industry, Dorian Burt started his own consultancy as a sole trader in May 2012. As the business grew with a core of regular clients and recommendations, the firm moved forward and started trading as Dorian Burt Associates Ltd on 1st April 2014.
We aim to provide excellent Building Surveying services which meet high standards. We are personable and approachable; we bring humour and enjoyment to work, mixed with pride and a sense of achievement in what is delivered.
We depend on our reputation, your repeat business and recommendations, so we will do our very best to look after you and your interests.
Your initial approach to us is obligation free, while we confirm with you what you really need and if we are the right people to do it. We will discuss and agree with you the services to be provided and the terms of business including the fees, in writing, before we commence work with you. Beautiful video of the result of our conservation project at The Queen’s House Greenwich. We provided project management and CDM services on arguably the most important building in British architectural history. Built 400 years ago, this is the first classical building in the country, it is a Scheduled Ancient Monument and sits on a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We are so proud to have worked on it.
