From day one, we wanted to provide care services we can be genuinely proud of. Having seen so much poor care, whether due to bad management, lack of training or under-funding, we resolved to make Doris a model for how care really should be provided.
Age and frailty bring enough challenges, without the added worry of not finding the right people to provide help and support when you need it. And for the families of those needing care, it is essential to know their loved one is being treated with as much care and consideration as they themselves would wish for.
So above all else, our intention is to provide the highest quality home care, founded on the best of traditional principles: punctuality, courtesy, discretion and discipline.
Put simply, we provide care as it should be.
Not all our services are based in the home. Getting out and about is important for many clients and we help in any way we can.

If there are ever any dishes to be washed in Mr Evans' kitchen, we leave them be. It's not that we wouldn't happily wash them up for him - it's just that he's quite capable of doing it himself and actually rather enjoys it.
Helping someone maintain their independence, in even the smallest of ways, can have a powerful effect on their wellbeing.
