Kerry Flahive qualified as a solicitor in August 2008. After qualifying Kerry very quickly made a name for herself in commercial recoveries and was thereafter headhunted at every step of her career. Given Kerry’s strong client following, Kerry was able to set up Flahive Law Limited in December 2014 and has not looked back since. The success of Flahive Law is reflective of the fact that Kerry’s loyal client base, which she has developed over several years, trust in her ability to get the job done at proportionate cost.
Rebecca is now a Senior Litigator and Advocate at Flahive Law, predominantly working for asset-based lenders and high-net-worth individuals on a range of commercial issues, providing advice and ensuring maximum recoveries for them. As well as commercial litigation, Rebecca also has experience with insolvency matters, having worked on administrations, block transfer orders, reviewable transactions and fraudulent and wrongful trading. As an Advocate, Rebecca can also represent clients at County Court hearings. Rebecca’s experience is varied to suit the diverse requirements of Flahive Law clients.
Having been educated at Manchester High School for Girls, Harriet went on to study a degree in Law and Politics at the University of Manchester. Whilst studying for her undergraduate degree, Harriet worked with Kerry Flahive during a summer placement with an in-house legal team and this kick-started her career in Commercial Law. Having impressed at the time and then graduating with a high mark and recognition for her final paper on the nexus between white collar crime and the financial crisis of 2008, Harriet was offered a Training Contract with Flahive Law.
Sarah has a wealth of experience in commercial litigation, insolvency and commercial property to provide Flahive Law clients with advice on all aspects of commercial and residential property transactions. Sarah acts on behalf of developers, investors, landlords and tenants as well as lenders to support their financing of properties and developments.
