Franchise Talent was set up by Nigel Toplis (former Chair of the BFA) and Stephen Bryan. These two established businessmen have built on their individual strengths and experiences to create a business model that helps aspiring franchisees through the process of franchise selection, and addresses a shortage of potential franchisees for the whole sector.
Stephen has over 20 years’ broad international experience in recruiting and assessing executives. He was formerly a Director of KPMG People Services and had previous roles in executive recruitment with international recruitment firms. He has extensive experience in the use of digital and social media for recruitment and has wide experience in candidate assessment methodologies. Qualified in the use of certain psychometric assessment tools, he also has extensive experience in volume recruitment.
