Francis Commissioning Services Ltd was formed by the late Mr. J Francis in 1991.

The present directors of the company Mr I Horrocks and Mr S Garry-Madden began their careers with Mr Francis at Sutton Services and built up a good reputation for themselves before joining up with Francis Commissioning Services Ltd in 1996.

We have vast experience in all aspects of commissioning and water treatment and have been involved with a number of high profile contracts.

We provide engineers with vast experience, who are aware of the high expectations of the client and can assist with all aspects of the project. All of our Engineering Staff are SKILLcard holders of various grades.

With over 20 years experience in the HVAC industry our staff are happy to help with any queries you may have.

We are well established and respected throughout the industry. We pride ourselves on being straight-talking and approachable and place emphasis on creating strong ongoing partnerships with all of our clients.

We also provide detailed Method Statements / Risk Assessments for any tasks undertaken according to the nature of the work.
