A LEVEL solid base must be provided by the customer for the shed to be erected on. Ideal a concrete or paving slabs base, no larger than the size of the shed, also railway sleepers or a timber frame can be used. Timbers must be levelled and placed evenly over the length of the shed, please check for the joint measurements if the floor has more than one section. Large buildings with no floor require a concrete slab or plinth to assemble the building on to.
In the majority of cases no planning permission or building Regs are required for a garden shed. Our buildings do not comply with building regulations! If permission is required this may depend on the following: Size of your garden, where it is located within the garden, size of building.
