Great customer service. Took the time to go through all the options and helped me source finance for my new car without any problems. I don't like buying cars from a bad previous experience but have to say dealing with Tony has brilliant. Knew everything we wanted to know left us to look around for as long as needed. Had a lovely experience at sjn motors. Came in with my family and dealt with Tony. I have to say Ive never found buying a used car such a pleasure able experience. Tony was polite and professional and helped us select a car that fitted my requirements. He allowed us as much time as we needed to look over the car without any pressure what so ever. Brought an astra estate from this company and must say it's a brilliant car for the money I paid for it. Just over £2000 and it come with 12 months warranty a brand new mot and a full service. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone that has been looking a for a new. Thanks for all your help and professionalism Tony you've been a star. I can't thank you enough.
Great Sales and aftercare package. Brought a car from this company. Unfortunately not long after I picked the car up it had a fault in the engine. I phoned the showroom and spoke to Tony who managed to calm me down as I was in a panic. He arranged for the car to brought back to their garage immediately and left me with a courtesy car whilst they fixed mine. He then passed me over to the workshop manager Luke who kept me up to date with the progress of my car and between them they got the car delivered back to me once it was fully repaired in a very quick time. I will be looking for a car for my husband very soon and will definitely come here first before anywhere else. A used car dealer you can trust is very hard to find and you can definitely trust these guys.
SJN and the whole team could not have been more helpful or accommodating when we purchased our Seat Ibiza estate recently. The whole team were warm, welcoming and bent over backwards for us. The no-pressure sales team were honest and up front & helped to make our purchase as easy and good value as possible. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a car.
28/04/16 - Once again SJN Motors have surpassed themselves. I would like to thank Luke and Cathy for their outstanding service this week. The clutch went on my car and, despite being inundated with work, they managed to squeeze me in and repaired it really quickly and a lot cheaper than I expected. They did their utmost to make sure my family and I were still able to go away this weekend and for that I am very grateful. Thanks guys.
Having searched for a car for months, I stumbled across SJN Motors and saw the 5 star reviews. Being a bit sceptical, I didn't really believe the reviews and decided to go and see for myself and I am so glad that I did. Hands down the best motor trader I have ever been to.
