Our objectives are customer focused. We strive to assess and analyze customer demands and changing technological patterns that are highly dynamic and volatile due to globalization and international competition, to expose ourselves to a very wide range of customers and introduction of more and more new and wide range of products to our customers.
We are pleased to put our new and enhanced range of products online, offering a large selections of architectural ironmongery under one roof. The new product range includes traditional, contemporary, unique and modern designs presenting over 1,000 products in a large variety of finishes.
We have employed automated systems with a very limited human interaction, hence eliminating as far as possible the scope of errors and omissions to provide reliable service. We have very comprehensive and sophisticated management accounting techniques in place that not only ensure the access to reliable, accurate, relevant and complete information that is useful to understand customer needs and demands but provide the tight cost control and cost savings that is passed to our customers through lower prices and excellent service.
