At Bamberry, our consultants have over 20 years' experience in interim and permanent resourcing, and in providing expert consultants who deliver successful outcomes on defined projects, and work with organisations to bring about positive outcomes for local communities.

Founder Karen Berry LLB began an early career in law and has 15 years experience in executive resourcing for technical professionals and senior specialists in both the private and public sector, and 4 years' not for profit sector working with vulnerable groups to improve life outcomes, and to help individuals reach and maximise their full potential.

Working with a diverse set of clients throughout her career, from large public sector organisations, FTSE100 companies and not for profits, Karen's vision is to create a business that is able to change lives and incorporate social value in every day business.
