Our aim is to provide a detailed estimate which will guide a builder through each stage of a build project, from preparing & submitting a tender to ordering & laying the bricks.
ProQuant provides a detailed materials, labour & plant estimate for domestic build projects.
We also regularly add to our materials database to ensure we keep up with the latest products to hit the building market.
The estimate provides the builder with an estimated, total project price & also a tender letter suitable for submitting to the client.
Should the tender be successful, our estimate is then an essential tool in helping to manage the build itself.
We now provide Building performance testing such as SAP, Acoustic, and Air leakage testing
