You will receive a 5% discount if your surgery monthly spending with Skillmax Dental Laboratory is over £1500.00 or 10% discount if your surgery monthly spending is over £ 3000.00 and your invoice is paid in full by the 14
Work carried out within the first 30 days of new client business will be subject to payment within 10 days of invoicing, after 30 days and first initial payment an agreed credit limit will be applied to the clients account.
The lab reserve the right to charge for remaking of an appliance. A product that fits the master model poured from the original impression supplied and is fabricated to the specification on the prescription, but subsequently has to be remade is not considered a remake.
Any shipment exceeding £50.00 or more value will be paid for through Skillmax Dental Laboratory 1
The lab endeavors to interpret all follow the client’s instructions correctly. If , however, a mistake is made, the laboratory will rectify the situation free of charge as quick as production techniques allow. The laboratory will not compensate dentist’s fees, consequential losses or expenses of any kind.
