Previously he worked full-time for the Home Office (London) on mass fatalities planning arrangements for the UK whilst providing national guidance to many agencies on emergency procedures, interoperability, business continuity management and disaster victim identification.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with qualifications in teaching, emergency planning, health & safety, business continuity and disaster victim identification.

As Head of Quality she is responsible for ensuring the quality of programmes and outcomes for learners meets the standards set by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) and Skills 2 Share internal quality assurance processes. Julie is also responsible for the smooth running of the office ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

Julie has an MBA and is a Chartered Manager and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute with qualifications in teaching and business continuity.
