About Uptima Solutions

Uptima Solutions was founded by Abi Lapade who is also the Senior Consultant and Business Manager. She brings several years of analysis and consultancy experience across various industries with involvement in managing and delivering several business growth projects for various clients. She is a member of the Institute of Consulting (IOC), Chartered Management Institute (CMI), Chartered Institute for IT (BCS) and Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). She also holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management and an Advanced Diploma in Professional Development. 

With a team of highly skilled, professional and commercially astute consultants, trainers and admin associates, we are able to deliver results tailored to your needs to set your business off to a flying start and help you stay ahead.
