ABOUT PORTHOUSEDEAN LIMITED
Chris graduated from Leeds University in 2005 where he obtained a 1st Class Masters Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering. Chris has several years experience working for a leading north-west based design consultancy who provide architectural, civil and structural design services to the construction industry.
Chris has worked on a number of large scale commercial and industrial developments, but the bulk of his experience is within the residential sector which has provided him with excellent understanding of small building projects and the requirements of the current Building Regulations.
Following a successful three year stint at Steve Hunt Partnership, in 2010 Sam joined the internationally recognised consultancy, Atkins, and worked for two years in the nuclear industry on finite element models, managing projects and writing reports for several major projects. Sam returned to the residential market in 2012 teaming up with Chris to establish Calcs-Online; which is a trading name of PorthouseDean Limited.
