Until April 2011, Elizabeth was HR director of a Dutch owned multi-national organisation providing infrastructure, environmental and buildings consultancy services. Reporting directly to the CEO and seated on the UK board, Elizabeth provided strategic HR services and led a team of four HR professionals providing generalist HR services to 800 employees in the three business lines across six offices in the UK during a period of intense structural redevelopment due to both economic change and mergers and acquisition.
