Welcome to Midlands Floor Screeding

Midlands Floor Screeding has developed over three generations of the Dewsbury Family. We specialise in all types of floor screed applications including fast drying screed, flowing and traditional screed specifications.Since 2014 we have held the prestigious Isocrete K Screed licence and therefore offer an unrivaled product list to our clients.

Our company continues to deliver quality driven screed services, endorsed by all different types of satisfied customers with specific needs. We are experienced in sub-contracting for most major construction, as seen above, contractors and are adaptable enough to work to the requirements of medium sized building contractors and under floor heating specialists.

Since 2012 Midlands Floor Screeding has built a vast portfolio of projects as can be seen on our projects page. Just simple click the sector you are looking for and project we have completed, in that sector, will appear. As you will see there are some really impressive ones in there including University of Birmingham Library and Nottingham Trent University Heart of the Campus to name a few.

What makes us different to all of our competitors is that we have only one office based employee. The remaining three employees, who in a traditional set up would be office based, are constantly changing between sites and offices. There are ten screed teams within our workforce and one screed pump fitter looking after our fleet of screed pumps. The adaptability of the company is second to none and goes a long way in explain the relationships we have with Main Contractors like Willmott Dixon, Carillion and McCarthy & Stone.

We are licensed to install Flowcrete and Isocrete products, including Isocrete K Screed
