Over more than forty-five years of business

R.M.Smith Fencing Ltd was established in 1963 by Rod Smith and his wife Janet. Through hard work and a real dedication Rod made the company a success. During the early eighties Rod’s sons Lyndon and Ryan and his son-in-law Neil joined the company and with the same hard work and dedication they became quality erectors that helped continue the company’s success. In the mid nineties Rod’s daughter Janine joined the company and

quickly became an inherent part of the team. During the early part of 1999, satisfied that the company was in safe hands, Rod took his retirement. Sadly in 2000 Rod passed away.

Our list of clients in not only long and varied but also quite impressive, with a huge percentage of our client base being returning customers. We are constantly trying to improve the service we offer and to find new and better solutions for all fencing requirements.

Over more than fifty years of business we have seen and erected a huge range of fence styles.
