Keith has more than 24 years experience in the IT industry with more than 15 of those years in the print sector. During this time he has worked for a global manufacturer and a UK based print solutions company. Keith has worked with a wide range of customers including many large public and private sector organisations. He has more than 10 years experience of MPS and was involved with one of the first global MPS contracts. Keith is an active member of the MPSA and sits on the MPSA Standards and MPSA Europe committees.
Robin has been working in the IT Services industry for more than 17 years. During this time he has worked for a major global IT Service Provider and a specialist print consultancy. Robin has been responsible for the design and delivery of a range of outsourced IT services. Over the past 5 years he has focussed on the design and delivery of Managed Print Services. Robin has worked with many large private and public sector organisations delivering service consultancy, service design, project management and service delivery management. Core to this work is his experience of ITIL which includes Service Transition, Service Delivery Management and Continual Service Improvement (CSI).
Ashley’s career spans 30 years with a number of reputable blue chip organisations in Outsourcing Consultancy, Operations and Commercial Director roles. He has been successfully consulting independently for over 6 years for clients including; Ricoh Europe and the Aktrion Group, as an industry specialist to support the growth and development of European value propositions and outsourcing strategies, Ricoh UK as an Outsourcing Specialist working on high profile projects and strategies and in 2015 with a major financial institution, global BPO provider, top 10 legal firm and an international newspaper publisher.

Today’s MPS market is dominated by major hardware manufacturers, with four global vendors leading the market.
