Our energy use does not begin once we turn on the heating and lights of a scheme. Energy is used during the manufacture and installation of materials and products that are used in the construction of a scheme along side the resulting use of energy consuming appliances that operate once a scheme is operational. We strive to ensure that the energy use during the formation of materials and the construction of a scheme is sustainably and efficiently applied to reduce and then minimise the use of those appliances that consume energy during operation. We apply innovation and sustainable thinking to the form of the building to minimise appliance use and thus satisfy today’s requirements without hindering tomorrows.
