Miles began ‘helping out’ at The Kingham Plough from the day it opened. Within a few weeks he was indispensible. Although he had not worked in the catering industry before, he always had a passion for good food and atmosphere and a very hospitable nature. He warmly welcomed each and every guest who came into the building, and soon people were asking after him.

Although he also has a Landscape Design business which he pours his talents into all week, Miles is dedicated and passionate about providing the best Front of House service. He strives to achieve the perfect balance between professionalism and a friendly, welcoming staff.

We will always welcome people to the team who are passionate about their career in the dining world. Without each and every member of the team working together we are nothing. We are proud to say that many of our staff have been with us for over 5 years. We always promote internally where possible.

We are extremely proud to have been awarded ‘Britain’s Best Brigade’ in the South West this year.
