Dave has worked in the market research industry for over 20 years, holding senior operational roles in MORI, Business and Market Research, Wirthlin and Harris Interactive. In that latter role, he was director of operations for Asia and Europe, managing all data collection services and four contact centres. He established Peak Answers in 2011 and since then has overseen our growing reputation for providing high quality data collection and great customer service.
With extensive experience in contact and call centre and operations management, Paul joined Peak Answers from JRA Research in 2014 and is our associate director.
Claire is a qualified management accountant with experience of working for organisations in a range of business sectors from automotive and healthcare to music and software development. She has also worked as a self-employed management and financial accountant as well as successfully founding, developing and selling her own retail business. Her real interest is in business start-ups and development, and as a co-founder of Peak Answers with Dave, her experience has been invaluable in guiding the shape and growth of the business.
